悲伤的时候可以看一看悲伤的电影，想一下电影中主人公都那么惨，自己明明可以做的更好。
不过，万一，电影中的角色没你惨，那也挺好，起码能痛哭一场。
在9月的尾巴给大家盘点9部悲伤的电影，看一看有没有哪部曾打动过你。
1. The Butterfly Effect 《蝴蝶效应》– 2004
Back in 2004, we were gifted with in my opinion the best role Ashton Kutcher has ever done. The Butterfly Effect follows Ashton Kutcher as he realizes he can change his past and his future by his journal entries as a kid. The reason these journal entries exist is because of the black outs he had at a young age, and he needed a way to remember things that happened. The movie is filled with plot points that will keep you on the edge of your seat, and will have you feeling sorry for the character Ashton plays because he realizes the consequences that come with wanting to have the perfect future. He loses best friends, romances, parents. It’s all wrapped up into a beautifully dark film, with an ending that will leave you stunned. The movie on its own really gives you a painful feeling of what can happen if you had the power to change your past, and the consequences that can occur because of it.
这部电影中阿什顿库切贡献了自己最精彩的表演，电影中主人公发现自己可以通过自己的日记回到孩提时代从而改变未来。他的日记之所以能够成为穿越时空的媒介是因为他小时候的记忆出现了空缺，而他需要记起来到底发生了什么。这部电影充满了爆点，令人非常兴奋和紧张。故事主人公想拥有美好的未来结果却错失一切的结局也令人非常遗憾，他失去了朋友、爱人和家人，这些东西全都湮灭在这部美丽却压抑的电影中，电影结局使人震惊。这部电影发人深省的地方在于，如果你用改变过去的能力你会怎么做，要知道，改变过去也意味着改变未来。
2. Titanic《泰坦尼克号》 – 1997
We all know why Titanic made this list, so I probably don’t need to explain why this movie is one of the most heartbreaking movies that has ever seen the light of day. But i’m going to talk about it anyway, since that’s kind of the point. With actors like Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, and on top of being directed by James Cameron, this movie is amazing for the cinematography and the acting, while also staying true to the tragedy that took place on April 15, 1912. Where it really shines is the use of Celine Dion‘s “My Heart Will Go On” which sets the stage for the entire movie, and gives you a sense of loss in a way.
想必大家都知道《泰坦尼克号》上榜的原因，或许也就没必要解释它为什么会令人心碎了。但无论如何还是要说一说的，毕竟这是《泰坦尼克号》啊。莱昂纳多迪卡普里奥、凯特温斯莱特和詹姆斯卡梅隆这样的阵容使这部电影无论在电影艺术还是表演上都达到了顶尖的水平，不仅如此，它也还原了发生在1912年4月15号晚上的那场悲剧。电影的另一个亮点是贯穿整部电影的主题曲《我心依旧》，听着给人一种怅然若失的感觉。
3. Brokeback Mountain 《断背山》– 2005
Regardless of what you may think about Brokeback Mountain, you have got to admit that it’s a love story in its purest form. Brokeback Mountain follows two cowboys as they discover their infatuation with one another while simultaneously keeping it a secret from their families. The movie was heavily criticized upon release for the use of same gender love, but again, I stress that it’s one of the most beautiful love stories ever put on film, and the tragedy that comes with it in the end is one that will pull at your heart strings and leave you wishing things had gone differently for the characters involved. Brokeback Mountain will surely put you in a sea of tears whether you like it or not.
不论你怎么想《断背山》。你都不得不承认它所表达的只是一个纯粹的爱情故事。《断背山》讲述的是两个牛仔对彼此动心后却依然选择各自对家庭保密。这部电影因为表现了同性之爱而受到了强烈的抨击，但是就我看来，在大荧幕上从未出现过这么美丽的爱情故事。故事结局不时牵动着人的心弦，让人忍不住幻想悲剧要是从未发生那该多好。不论你喜欢与否，《断背山》都会让你哭瞎的。
4. Schindler’s List 《辛德勒的名单》– 1993
If you want a movie that will make you feel emotions far more powerful than you’ve ever felt, than you need to see this film. Make sure you have some type of Kleenex around, it can take a lot out of you.
如果你想从电影中获取一股强大的力量，那你应该来看《辛德勒的名单》。备好面巾纸，你一定会哭得很惨的。
5. Milk 《米尔克》– 2008
Based on the life of Harvey Milk, Sean Penn once again delivers an outstanding and breathtaking performance that brings more to the audience. It seems that the world doesn’t get very many opportunities to show certain parts of politics in film correctly, but Milk is the exception. It follows the life of Harvey Milk as he becomes the first openly gay person to be elected into office in California. The movie was beyond a huge success bringing in almost three times the budget that was used to fund the film. It received a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes, and Sean Penn was once again praised for his stunning performance as Harvey Milk.
根据哈维米尔克的真实人生改编，西恩潘再一次为观众贡献了他杰出振奋人心的表演。貌似从电影的一些片段中，大众很难有机会了解到真正的政治是什么，但《米尔克》是个例外。这部电影讲述的是哈维米尔克的一生，他是第一位被选入加州政府的公开的同性恋政治家。这部电影获得了巨大的成功，票房是投入资金的三倍，烂番茄94%的好评度，西恩潘再次因他的精彩表演收获了赞扬。
6. I Am Sam 《我是山姆》– 2001
Sean Penn plays a mentally challenged father by the name of Sam Dawson who is forced to fight for his daughter while simultaneously trying to convince everybody that he’s capable of being a father. I Am Sam is one of those movies that makes you wish you could reach in and help wherever you can, because , Sean Penn really showcases this character. It’s a beautiful story, told in a unique style, and a lot of it will pull at the strings in your heart.
西恩潘在电影中扮演一个智力有问题的父亲，被迫争取女儿的抚养权，向众人证明自己有能力做好一个父亲。《我是山姆》就是那种让你恨不能钻进电影中去尽你所能去帮助里面的人的那种电影，西恩潘把这个角色演得太好了。这部电影用独特的方式讲述了一个美丽的故事，牵动了很多人的心弦。
7. Marley & Me《马利和我》 – 2008
We’ve all gone through the loss of a pet, or a loved one, or anything in-between. We all know it’s something nobody should ever have to go through. Unfortunately, that’s just how life works sometimes. The movie features Owen Wilson and Jennifer Aniston, they do a wonderful job in this movie.
我们都有过失去宠物、至爱或是其他重要东西的经历，我们也都知道，我们本不该经历这些。但是，事与愿违，生活就是这样的。《马利和我》这部电影由欧文威尔逊和詹妮弗安妮斯顿主演，他们在这部电影中都贡献了精彩的表演。
8. Up《飞屋环游记》 – 2009
There seems to always be something special and unique about Disney & Pixar movies. It’s one of those movies where right from the get go, you better have your Kleenex ready, because the movie will not cater to those that can’t handle emotions. You follow the story of a 78-year-old man named Carl who loses his wife but will never break the promise they both made to travel around South America. The loss of his wife is one of the most heartbreaking things that I’ve ever witnessed in an animated film, and it’s right in the movie.
迪士尼&皮克斯出品的额电影总是这么独一无二别具一格，这部电影就是传说让你把持不住要哭瞎的那种电影，你最好备好面巾纸。故事讲述的是78岁的卡尔在妻子过世后，去完成他俩一起的梦想——去南美洲旅行。卡尔失去妻子后所表现的悲痛是我在其他动画中没见到过的，这么拍就对了。
9. The Fault In Our Stars 《星运里的错》– 2014
Based on the book of the same name by author John Green, The Fault In Our Stars tells the love story of Hazel Lancaster, 16 year old with thyroid cancer and Augustus Water, with osteosarcoma. Throughout the book and the movie, you feel a very powerful bond between the two characters, and it breaks your heart to watch both of them suffer through their sickness, even though they cover it with their love for one another.
由约翰格林同名小说改编而来，《星运里的错》讲述的是患有肺癌的16岁少女海泽尔和患有骨癌的少年奥古斯都坠入爱河的故事。通过小说和电影，我们能够感受到这两个主人公之间深刻的联系，看着他们受到病魔的百般折磨令人感到非常难过，虽然他们用爱治愈了彼此。
